We've created a private, safe & cozy atmosphere. An enormous 3 pane sliding door opens the entire back of the house onto a private patio w/ outdoor furniture and a glass rock firepit. This is a 4 bedroom home + den, so though you are renting a room(s), you will often have the whole house to yourself. We have not installed a pool yet, however access to the private Presidio Club, Starpointe Resident's Club, Yacht Club and upscale amenities/pools can be available to you via passes or membership as a resident depending on your duration of stay. Fiber internet w/ strong whole home WiFi, smart home features & monitored security are installed for your safety. The local center offers, restaurants, gas, bank, grocery, Walgreens & more. Tons of hiking trails are nearby & the Gym, Pools & restaurants are on par with most Country Clubs. We love pets but this is a No Pets property.
