This ad is for the rental house only not for full use of the farm. This lease shall be considered a fixed lease for 1 year. Separate Cottage side driveway use only. Parking on the Cottage side of the farm only. No smoking. No Pets. A background/credit check will be required for all persons listed on the application at a $25 fee per person. This lease does not give full access to the farm.
