The house is a 5 bedroom 2 bathroom. 4 bedrooms are on the main floor and 1 bedroom in walkout basement. Both bathrooms are located on the main floor. The master bedroom has double sinks and a walk-in closet. Tile in the big kitchen with plenty of space. The home is near the shops of River Crossing, Kroger, couple of different gyms in area. Amerson River Park is a great park for your family and is located in the neighborhood. The Okmulgee River is located in the park and is an awesome place to fish, kayak, and float down the river. Close to downtown Macon. Howard School district. Fenced in the back yard, Front and rear deck, two storage sheds, and a greenhouse. Pets are allowed with a $500 dollar deposit. No smoking in the house as owner is a smoker and has never smoked in the house. You pay all utilities. Have all appliances in house for your use. No one else lives in home without owner's consent and knowledge. Tenant is responsible for all damages. I am not going to require tenants to get rental insurance, however I am not responsible for any lost or damaged personal property. I would highly recommend you obtain rental insurance.
