Hi All! I am renting out my fully furnished 4 bed, two bath, Trail Riders, hiker and mountain biker paradise home that is located in a spectacular trail riding community with three trails directly off the property, a round pen and arena and a track. You'll never have to haul out if you don't want to and it's ready for you and your horses to move in. There is a big sand hill trail behind the house that immediately turns into State land that leads to all of the foothill and mountain trails (see map) and just past the front yard is County land trails that either leads to flat trails (great for moving out or gaiting) or a dry wash for conditioning or working green or naughty horses. You can' ride for miles and miles on them in either direction. One leads to the Catalina State Park which has excellent riding although the riding behind the house is far better in my opinion. All photos are an hour or two from the house with the exception of one. You can go on all day (10 hour) or short (45 minutes to 2 hour) rides. I favor the 4 hour loops. The trails are mainly loops and absolutely breathtaking. Pick and choose what you want! With this amount of riding you'd expect it to be in the middle of nowhere but it's 5 minutes from the gas station, grocery store and delicious restaurants! 10 minutes to Walmart, the movies and lots of shopping! The house is also located at the end of a dirt road cul-de-sac so there is minimal traffic and you won't have to worry about slipping on asphalt with your horses. This area, called Catalina, Arizona, has attracted some of the neatest riders in the country. You will never be without a riding buddy, bonfire, happy hour or social life if you don't want it. It's an instant wonderful community of people who love to do things with a place that supports all of the doing! If you want to things like hike, mountain bike, road bike, go to a Broadway play, see some great stand up comedy, go dancing or have a world class glass of wine with a mouth watering steak and listen to wonderful live music on a Tuesday this place is for you. If you want to find your husband a place or community to golf, off-road, go to car shows, wood work, or have a good old fashioned happy hour-this community is for you! This house was made for entertaining. It has hosted many a birthday party and after riding hang out. It has a huge table that easily sits 8. The patio is wonderful for hosting as well. You can turn on the propane fire pit in a click for drinks for an hour or two or go the full shebang and get the real fire pit out and have a longer night with big flames if you want to! I've also used the Smart TV to host movie nights or curl up on the lazy boy like couches to watch TV or read. Personally I am an introvert so I love being alone in the house and curling up next to the fire with a good book or going out in the mornings for coffee, tea or cocoa and enjoying the cactus garden (fully contained don't worry). It feels like a home, not a stagnant show case home and feels homey and cozy, not lonely, to be alone in. This is also a massive place for nature. We have a family of hawks who you can watch hunt on the daily. Owls come sometimes at night to hoot softly remind the hawks they kicked them out of their nest. There's been a gila monster or two over the years. It's on the migration pattern of brilliantly colored birds so if you didn't know you were a birder brace yourself! So bring your horses and tell me about your other critters and let's see if it's the right fit! I'm looking to do a year lease to start at $3800 a month. Pm and let's talk. Renter will be responsible for electric and if they want more garbage bins (there are two large ones already). Landlord will pay for gas and water excluding fire pit propane. I'm not sure why Zillow won't let me list it but there is a great heat pump, both heat and air conditioning. Absolutely no smoking. I am open to having dogs here but I will have to clear them first and there will be an additional deposit. If you want to bring you pig, llama or whatnot, let's talk. I am looking for a year lease to begin with. Tennant will be responsible for refilling propane. This usually happens about 2x a year. Tennant is responsible for refilling and paying for fire pit propane. The house comes fully furnished. If you break it you buy it.
