Pelican's Landing is a 55+ Community. Our 1910 House is a three bedroom (one queen, one full and one single) 2 bath home. It has been beautifully renovated and redecorated and is now ready for rent. This cottage has a large river view porch with comfortable patio furniture for you and to entertain your guests. A stone throw from our fishing pier, docks, pergola, and sandy beach firepit. Bring your boat (size restrictions) or launch a kayak or canoe from our beach launch area. Come see the breathtaking sunrises, incredible sunsets and bountiful wildlife that can only be experienced on the Treasure Coast. The perfect setting for a memorable vacation. Close to the Sebastian Inlet for boaters (dock included, size restrictions) walk to waterfront parks, river view restaurants and tiki bars. Pelicans Landing is a 55+ Community. The 1910 House is the original home on the property and has been lovingly restored to its former glory. The home can be rented for one month or longer (call office for details). If available can be rented weekly for $2,100.00 (Oct-Apr) A non refundable $175.00 cleaning fee will be added. No smoking in the cottage or any common area of resort. Sorry no pets allowed in this cottage.
