There's a 3 Month Minimum Rental Term starting in December 2023. If you'd like to stay longer, a discount will apply to months of April, May etc. If you RENT FOR 6 MOS. plus ONE DAY, TAXES are removed; Discounts on the Additional Months Rented. Cannot rent the house out for 6 months for the price of 3; Please don't ask. The Full Golf Membership is transferrable at $275, HOA Application $150, plus the county & state short term taxes of 11.5%. Any dogs must be well behaved, & have all shots up to date. The tenant, dog owner who's responsible for ANY & ALL damage costs beyond the $2k security deposit. Cleaning Fee $200 & Pet Fee $500. NO SMOKING on property. Maintaining the house is of utmost priority. All flooring has been replaced & requires vacuuming/ steam cleaning when needed. All equipment is onsite. Disposable HVAC air filters will be provided so the tenant can replace them once a month, if needed. There's a new HVAC which has an antimicrobial system to ensure the safety air quality.
