There are four queen beds in four bedrooms, 2 twin beds in fifth bedroom, and full size futon bed in leaving room. It can sleep 10 people The home is conveniently located on a cul-de-sac street in the heart of Bonita Springs close to Coconut Point shopping mall with a lot of restaurants and shops, International Airport, Bonita Beach, plus walking distance to Bonita Fairways Golf Club, Recreation Center with a Bonita Springs Community Pool and Public Library. Home includes refrigerator, electric range, dishwasher, microwave, window coverings, light fixtures, fans, garage door opener, smoke detectors, hot water tank, HVAC, cooking utensils and dishes, linens and towels, iron and ironing table, 32" TV in Living Room, Lx Free Power Tower Dip Station Pull Up Bar for your exercise, and private laundry room with washer and dryer that lets you take care of laundry, so feel free to pack light. We provide Internet access with a streaming box. To access Netflix, Youtube, etc., just bring your own IDs you use at home. The property minimum rental period is 3 months. Background check is required ($45 per adult 17 and older) Security deposit in the amount of two months rent should be paid at the day the contract is signed. No refunds on deposits Cats and small dogs (up to 20 pounds) are allowed. Additional information: Bonita Fairways Golf Club open 7 days a week. It offers the following rate per golfer: 7AM 12PM 18 Holes - $70, 9 Holes - $42.50 ; 12PM 5PM 18 Holes- $50, 9 Holes- $28. The Community Pool is ADA accessible. It has eight lap lanes, ranges from 3'9"to 6' and is kept at a temperature 82-86 degrees F. Daily rate: Children (17 and under) $2; Adults $3 Seniors $2.50 Security deposit is optional. Tenant can pay $5000 refundable security deposit or buys Property Damage Protection (Vacation Rental Damage) Insurance with premium $99 at Generali Small dogs allowed, up to 20 pounds. Landlord shell be responsible for the following utilities and services in the connection with the Premises. -Garbage and trash disposal. -Landlord will pay up to $200 electrical bill. The Tenant will pay the rest of the charge. -Landlord will pay up to $200 water bill. The Tenant will pay the rest of the charge. Tenant is responsible for extra cleaning fee (if Tenant leaves Property messy or damaged). If any of the presiding charges are incurred, an Excess Damage Cost will be charged against the security deposit or credit card on file up to 30 days after Departure date pending final invoice and Notice of Claim from Landlord. Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the Property. Smoking is only allowed "outside. Tenant will be given 1 keys per person. If all the keys are not returned to Landlord following the end of the Lease, Tenant shall be charged $10 per one lost key. No more than 12 persons may occupy the Premises at any time.
