The ground floor private entry leads to the first level bedroom with a queen bed, TV and en-suite bathroom. This level also features a full-size laundry room and access to the generously sized attached two-car garage. The second floor is the main living level, featuring beautiful hardwood flooring throughout, and plenty of natural light streaming in from windows positioned to take full advantage of the sweeping coastal views. The living area comes complete with a sofa, occasional chairs, large flat-screen TV and opens up to a view balcony with seating. The adjacent kitchen features white stone countertops with a glass tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and more ocean views. There is a dining table for six and two more can be seated at the breakfast bar. Just off the living area is the Primary bedroom suite with a king bed, TV and en-suite bathroom. This suite has sliding doors that open up to another ocean-view balcony with a table and seating for 2, the perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee. Down the hall is the third sleeping room, featuring a queen-size bed, TV and direct access to the hall bathroom. Upstairs on the rooftop deck, you'll entertain friends and family with a built-in BBQ, wet bar and al fresco dining table the perfect space for marveling at spectacular sunsets and expansive coastal views reaching out to the Pacific Ocean. Ocean Beach/Pont Loma, Sunset Cliffs Panorama is only 10 minutes from the airport and downtown, just a few blocks to the beaches and restaurants in Ocean Beach, and a short scenic drive to Sunset Cliffs Natural Park; A great place for an inspiring run or stroll along the sandstone oceanfront bluffs. If you brought along your pup, nearby Dog Beach is a free-range stretch of beach where your dog can frolic in the ocean with some new friends. If the rental period is short I will pay all the basic fees including wi fi and TV. All tenants will need renters insurance. The parking is excellent. A two car garage and substantial street pakring. The gardener comes each week. Small Pet would be fine. Longer periods of rent we can discuss fees and utility costs. You will also pay for professional and carpet cleaners upon move out.
