We are situated on a beautiful flow-through canal with dockage to fit a 26' boat. Take a quick 5-minute boat ride to open water or explore the serene mangroves by kayak. The fish cleaning station is perfect for your fresh catch. Our home boasts a heated pool, hot tub, tiki hut, putting green, and fire pit, offering something for everyone. Relax poolside, enjoy a drink in the tiki hut, or challenge your friends to a game of foosball or putting on the green. After a day in the sun, wind down in the hot tub or by the fire pit. Inside, the fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook a delicious meal. The living space features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, including 2 bedrooms with king beds and 2 bathrooms upstairs. Downstairs, the suite with a separate entrance has 1 queen bed and a pull-out couch, 1 bathroom, kitchenette, and laundry. We have 2 kayaks and 2 bikes available for your use to explore the area and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. If you want to keep up with your fitness routine, we have a Peloton available for your use as well. Our location between Key West and Marathon allows you to enjoy the best of both worlds. And with sunshine in the backyard all day long, you'll never want to leave! Renter is responsible water and electric. Last month's rent due at signing. No smoking allowed.
