Red Rocks Park which is a city park is out the back door and offers 100 acres of hiking, running, swimming, and views. Enjoy a quaint and historic neighborhood with its own green, playground and basketball court. The house itself is newer construction (2000) and has many amenities such as 3 decks, hardwood floors and your very own pub. We are seeking a 5 month rental beginning April 1st, 2023 and ending Aug 30, 2023. We have a cat (Sophie) that would stay with the house, and thus we are asking for only for people who adore cats to inquire. This is a unique opportunity for those who need a SHORT-TERM (2 month) rental of a furnished house in beautiful South Burlington VT. The house comes furnished, including with a pet (our cat Sophie). If you are interested in renting our house, please submit your request with details about your interest and situation. Those just requesting tour dates will not receive responses. Thanks. The house is fully furnished except there are no beds in the extra bedrooms, so children would need a bed/futon added. The single car garage is used for storage so is not available for renters to park in. There are several parking spaces in front of the house and additional parking is available in a community lot if needed. Utilities are $500 a month for electricity, propane, water, internet etc. Absolutely no smoking. You MUST be a cat lover (and not allergic). Our very sweet siamese Sophie lives here when we're gone and needs people who love cats and who don't mind having one on their lap. She is a very social being. Please no dogs.
