Location is 10 miles west of Rapid City on Scenic Highway 44 West. There is a small general store, restaurant and tavern within walking distance. This two bedroom/ one bath unit has a washer and dryer, open front deck and single car carport. Lease includes all utilities, ( power, heat/AC, water, sewer, garbage and lot rent) along with a shared wireless WIFI. Landlord mows the yard and snow removal for main park roads.
