Warm, clean, safe. This house has been completely remodeled with an open concept including tile and hardwood floors. Both bathrooms have been updated and this home is clean through and through. This neighborhood is quiet with great neighbors and has proven safe over the years. Close to Kirtland AFB, hiking trails, and shopping in Uptown Albuquerque. A pet or two will be allowed under agreement with the owner, but the house must be kept clean and orderly. Any damages must be repaired at the renter's expense. The heater filter is to be changed every three months or more often if desired. All yard work will be appropriately maintained by the renter, this includes water (there is an automatic sprinkler system), mowing, trimming, removing weeds, and cleaning. All water, gas, electric, internet etc. is the responsibility of the renter. No smoking on the property. This will be an annual contract.
