Location: This house is located in a charming and diverse neighborhood with close access to parks and schools: One mile or less walking to Bullhead Park, Lessetter Park, NM Veteran's Memorial, Cesar Chavez community Center, San Pedro Public Library, Phil Chacon Park, Jack and Jill Park, Emerson Elementary John Carillo Park, Holy Ghost School, Wilson Middle School, Wilson Public Pool, Wilson Park. The State Fair Grounds are just about a 1.25 mile walk north. This house has convenient access if you work at UNM or Uptown and it is not far to jump on I-40 or I-25. The previous residents maintained a compost pile for non animal protein food scraps. There is also a pomegranate tree with many near ready pomegranates, a grape vine, fig tree, and a plum tree. The yard also has shed for storage. Inside: The house has great natural light throughout, with 6 sky lights! It is mostly wood floors with tile in the bathroom, kitchen, and back living room.
