This beautiful, newly remodeled home is a peaceful place to stay, located at the end of a quiet court. Right off highway 24, you will have easy access up to the city with just a 15 minute drive to downtown Nashville. There are many great places to eat nearby and Antioch Park is a short drive away if you want a pretty place to go for a walk. This home comes with a spacious fenced-in backyard, a washer and dryer, and central heating and AC with a brand new HVAC. The home will be unfurnished, but I have included a few furnished photos so you can get an idea of what it looks like with furniture. There is an option to rent it furnished or partially furnished for an extra $150/month. Renter is responsible for all utilities. No smoking of any kind in the house including vape pens. Security deposit and first month's rent due upon signing the lease. Renter's will be responsible for a $200 cleaning fee upon move-out. Options for lease length of 6 - 12 months.
