Inside this cozy duplex you will find that the first bedroom boasts a comfortable king size bed complete with wall mounted smart TV perfect for relaxing after a fun filled day of adventures and sight seeing around town. Our second bedroom features a twin over full bunk bed that sleeps 3 making it a wonderful getaway for those traveling with children. The inviting living room lets you kick back and relax while watching your favorite show on the wall mounted smart TV and also includes a sofa sleeper to truly maximize the sleeping space. Lastly, the fully stocked kitchen has everything you might need for your meal preparations! Owner pays for water. Renter is responsible for electric. First month's rent due at signing as well as deposit. No smoking allowed at anytime. No pets currently allowed at the home. We will not accept reusable tenant screening reports.
