Fully furnished Airbnb property available to rent on a six month or one year lease. The house is move in ready. It has been a superhost property on Airbnb for the past three years but because of a recent family situation we are converting it into a long term rental to alleviate some of the day to day stresses and time requirements of managing a short term rental. Our goal is to rent this to a company or business who has employees who travel to Chickasha for weeks or months at a time. - Fully stocked kitchen (dishes, silverware, range, fridge, microwave, etc) - Washing machine and dryer in the laundry - High efficiency tankless hot water heater for endless and immediate hot water - King bed with all linens and pillows in main bedroom - Double twin beds with all linens in second bedroom - Work space desk in office - Private fenced backyard - Living space with couches, flat screen TV, etc - Dining table and chairs Available November 1.
