With a non refundable pet deposit of 1200 per dog Cats if fixed are 600 each Large dogs must be pre approved. All pets must be pre approved before they are allowed on the property NO EXCEPTIONS AT ALL!! Absolutely no fish! No water beds! No birds! Absolutely no wild or farm animals are permitted on the property or in this home at all! No smoking and or vaping at all allowed in this home! No illegal activities allowed on premises. No illegal drugs or paraphernalia on this property ! Absolutely no sales of any kind of drugs or pills ect. Named individuals on lease agreement only, no exceptions without approval first. No renting out rooms. You will be evicted immediately!! Any lies on the lease will be cause for immediate eviction PERIOD !! Any pets in the house kept on the property must be listed on the lease as well as all people!! Any animals on the property with out permission or are not listed on the lease will be cause for eviction immediately!! No junk cars or non running vehicles are permitted on the property! no garbage outside of the garbage cans! Property must be kept up on at all times,grass & garbage!! Absolutely no hoarding animals or items in home, garage, porch and or the shed. If your the type to not pay rent on time do not waste both of our times, Or if paying rent on time every month on the due date becomes a issue you will be evicted immediately, no questions asked and i will take you to court for anything you owe money wise and or ruin/damage. No deceptions are tolerated!! lying on the application and on the lease agreement, sneaking any pets in this home with out permission and pet rent and deposits either!! Nor replaced by the "Next Pet" Will be a new deposit and another pet rent No exceptions!!
