We just added a dresser to the main bedroom (not shown in photos) The Bathroom includes Towels, hand towels, a Hairdryer, and a First Aid Kit. Kitchen is fully equipped with Pots & Pans, Basic Spices, Baking sheets, Mixing bowls, Cups, Wine Glasses, Knives, and Utensils. There is also a Coffee Pot, Toaster, Tea Kettle, and Microwave. Kitchen has a small Dining Table with 4 chairs and adjustable overhead lighting. Perfect for prepping dinner or working on your laptop. Full Size Washer/Dryer. We provide a Laundry Basket, Iron and leave you with a few Tide Pods to get you started. Outside of the home you'll find a full size Patio Deck with a Dinette set for 2. Property is a DUPLEX, Owners live on-site in neighboring unit and value your privacy. NO shared entrance. Owners handle lawn care. Minimum 1 month up to 12 months lease terms available. All utilities included - Electric, Water, Sewer, Fast Wifi, Lawn Care, Trash. Absolutely No Smoking inside the home. All Tenants are required to be on lease. 30 day notice to vacate required. Parking for up to 2 vehicles on street in-front of home.
