We offer a month-to-month lease agreement designed to provide flexibility and convenience. Here are the details: Utilities Covered: All utility expenses, including water, electricity, gas, and internet, are included in the rent. Enjoy the convenience of having these essentials covered during your stay. Lease Terms: Rental Payment: The monthly rent payment is due on the 02 of each month. Deposit: A security deposit equivalent to 60 is required before moving in. This deposit will be held to cover any damages beyond normal wear and tear. Upfront Rent: The first month's rent is required upfront before occupancy. Credit Check: Prior to approval, a credit check will be conducted. This is a standard procedure to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement. Lease Duration: This lease operates on a month-to-month basis, offering flexibility for both parties.
