This is a furnished rental suitable for 3-6 month stays, but shorter or longer term may be possible; let me know what your needs are. Two of the bedrooms are currently set up for sleeping, one bedroom is empty (music or art room!), and one is set up as a home office. All 4 bedrooms can be used for sleeping, and there is additionally a sunroom downstairs perfect for home-office, art room, tea-room, etc. Flat utility fee of $200 month covers water, garbage, electric, gas, internet. Furnishings are negotiable; let me know your needs and desired length of stay and we will come to an agreement. The house is functionally furnished in the common spaces; only one of the bedrooms is furnished. 2-4 mos lease. The house will be listed for sale in March or April. Potential longer lease is negotiable. pet fee of $100 per animal and animal must come with references. Note yard is not fenced and barky dogs will not be a good fit. application fee $50 per adult, applications will be available after viewing. Absolutely no smoking/vaping in house or on porch. Garage on site is not part of rental and owner will be working on garage occasionally.
