The monthly lease rate reflects the Winter, Spring/Fall and Summer season rates. The final rate for the booking will be calculated by the dates you select. There will also be a one time $275.00 cleaning fee added to the rental charge. This home considers dogs. One small dog will be considered by owners for those guests staying 30+ nights; the pet fee is $20 per night. Cleaning fee for renters with pets will be $400.00
