It sits on fenced and gated 0.5 acres. Has a covered front porch and cement patio (not covered) in the back. There is new shed 10x20 that comes part of the lease agreement and can be used for storage. Located in a nice neighborhood, the property is very close to downtown Rainier, 10 min away from Yelm, 15 minutes away from Lacey and about 20 minutes away from JBLM. We require first month lease plus refundable security fee ($1700) and renters insurance. We check for employment verification, rental references and credit/background check for each adult - non refundable. No smoking of any kind (cigarettes, vapes, Marijuana, etc) will be allowed in the house. No pets, cats, birds, ferrets etc. If you are interested please email me with your contact information.
