Manufactured mobile home. Property has been remodeled inside and out with new carpets, new appliances, new heater, and windows. Conveniently located near a gas station/convenience store and off of Orting-Kapowsin Highway. Landlord pays water and garbage. Tenant pays electricity. Private driveway with parking on site. All tenants must obtain a rental insurance policy within 14 days of signing the lease. No smoking allowed inside the property. If tenant(s)/guest(s) smoke on property, it must be done at least 10 ft from the house/patio/shed. Tenant is responsible for proper disposable of all cigarette/cigar, etc. butts in a fireproof receptacle. It is the tenant(s) responsibility to regularly check and maintain the fire alarm/detector(s).
