Clean and Sanitized: Our meticulous and professional cleaning team has a near-perfect track record of 5 stars on each of our 21 AirBnb properties for 5 years! As owners, Blessed Journeys is hands-on with each property, with attention to the finest details. When there is ANY need, you WILL find us right away! Each upscale mattress and pillow are purchased new and immediately encased in a hypo-allergenic, bedbug-proof, waterproof, anti-microbial cover, before adding super nice linens and bedding. All bedrooms have room darkening/blackout curtains, an Ecobee smart thermostat maintains the perfect temperatures as well as ceiling fans in each bedroom and the living room. All bed linens, towels, and comforters are washed and sanitized using Free and Clear detergent and Lysol Laundry Sanitizer through a hot wash and dry cycle. We beat 5-star hotel cleaning, hands down! If it's stained or torn, it's gone! Furniture is wiped down with disinfecting wipes along with door handles, light switches, remote controls, and general overall, thorough cleaning. Furbabies/Pets: If you bring a pre-approved pet, you are required to clean up the yard during your stay on a DAILY basis and help maintain a clean home. Our goal is for our home to appear pet-free, with super cleaning between our guests. Fur baby owners are required to submit up-to-date vaccinations and proof of flea/tick/heartworm preventatives. Fur Baby cleaning fee is $100 per pet, per rental, and no other pet deposit is required. Pet Rent is $1 per day, per pet. Multiples and all breeds considered. Our fenced-in backyard and neighborhood walking areas are loved by our guests' furbabies! Fur Babies are NOT allowed to be in the beds unless guest brings their own bedding. Otherwise, pets must sleep in their own beds. Proof of current vaccinations, including preventatives for fleas/ticks, and heartworms is required prior to arrival. Amenities we provide during your stay: A 5-gallon bottle of Texas Ozarka Spring water with a hot and cold dispenser (one per week, upon request). We make front porch drops for supplies, as needed. An initial outlay for toiletries is also provided for guests. Cooking pots, pans, utensils, and place settings for up to 6 are also provided in the kitchen with small appliances: a toaster, coffee brewing system, and blender. Available to tour: Call to set up, based on the availability of the home. Min 2 months, then, month-to-month lease, with rent paid one month in advance. 30 days' notice is required to end the lease, without penalty. This home allows ZERO smoking inside the home or garage or near open doors to the home. All utilities are paid by the landlord, including lawn care, high-speed internet, TV Apps for Live TV, Disney, Prime Video, and Roku TV's. Parking is allowed for 2 cars in the garage or on the driveway and one car is able to park in front of the house, along the curb, without blocking the mailbox. The garage is a rear entry with alley access. Pets are required to be preapproved, be up to date on vaccinations, and be prescribed preventative flea/tick and heartworm meds. A vet letter is required. Daily yard clean-up of pet poo is required by the guest. If the poo is not cleaned up, and lawn care reports it, a $50 clean-up fee will be required. We do maintain our homes in the best condition possible and allow pets, but these rules are non-negotiable. The house is fully furnished and set up with all needs in the kitchen, linens, towels, and amenities, and not offered unfurnished. Utilities are included as well as lawn care and pesticide service.
