Lawn Care included $995.00/mo. and $995.00/deposit. *Rent & Security Deposit are due before a tenant can receive keys. (IF this unit is listed on OUR web site then it is still available.) 1st step if interested is to check out the key from our office using the key deposit instructions below. Utilities tenant will be responsible for: Water/Sewer: Prince George Utilities Weekly Trash Service: Company of your choosing (we recommend Waste Knot Inc.Electric: Dominion Energy Renter's Insurance at a company of your choosing *Applicant responsible to check for deposits when starting accounts * Utilities & Renters Insurance required by tenant to obtain in their name and provide written proof before they can receive keys. *KEY DEPOSIT = This is the first thing you must do if you are interested in the property. Check out the key from our office following these instructions. NO APPOINTMENT REQUIRED We require a $20 (cash only) deposit that we will hold and return to you when you return the keys. There is a 1-hour time limit (1 & 1/2 Hours for 2 keys) and Key Deposit Hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM. Office Location: 5721 Courthouse Rd., Prince George, VA 23875. We will make a copy of your driver's license or a photo ID and keep it on file until the property is rented. You will have to come into our office and get a copy of your ID made, and sign an agreement before being permitted access to the property. Once it is rented we will shred the copy(s).
