Oakridge is surrounded by forests, with hiking, biking, and camping nearby, not to mention skiing is just about 30 minutes to Willamette Pass. House has two woodstoves and two ductless heat pumps for all heating and air-conditioning needs. Renter is responsible for all yard maintainance and all utilities. There is a small gardening area and lots of landscaping and we reduce rent payment in summer for watering purposes. Renter is also responsible showing proof of renter's insurance. 1) Each adult is required to fill out an application (18 years of age or older) 2) There is a $21 fee for credit/bacground check for each adult. 3) Proof of income required 4) Rental and personal references required. Rent is $1645 a month and there is a $2000 deposit required. (Note: will add more pix soon and carpet is replaced with laminate flooring from the blue master w/woodstove.) Home is for rent on a month-to-month basis. Renter is responsible for all utilities and lawn care. We want responsible renters who will treat our home with respect and there is absolutely no smoking allowed in the house/garage.
