Great internet connection for remote work. Lease duration is for one year, but may accept shorter term rentals. Renter is responsible for all utilities (water, electric, internet, cable, etc.) . First and last due at signing. Will allow small dogs up 10 lbs $300 per pet deposit. Landlord retains right to increase annual rent with appropriate notice and within the legal limits. Landlord is responsible for all other costs, including repairs and HOA fees. SHARC passes not included.
