We run both credit and criminal background checks on all applicants prior to entering into a lease agreement. We charge $35.00 for the background check. We will have directions on how to apply at the showing. In addition to the rent, the lessee also pays $75.00/month for water and sewer. The gas and electric also goes in the lessees name within 5 days of signing the lease agreement. We will allow small dogs with a $250.00 pet deposit and a monthly fee of $25.00/month for each pet.
