It is in an ideal location in Kittery near the water and a short walk from downtown Kittery (0.4 miles) and a 10 minute walk to the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard as well as a short walk (also 10 minutes) to the picturesque town of Portsmouth NH just over the new bridge.
