This is a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath town home - in a quiet, nestled neighborhood - just a short walk from downtown Waynesboro. Enter into the living room on the main floor where you will also find a half-bath followed by an eat-in kitchen (with a walk-out deck attached and a big pantry!). Head downstairs to access the garage and the washer/dryer hook ups. Tenants provide their own washer and dryer. On the top floor, there are three bedrooms, one of which is a master bedroom with a private, full bathroom (walk-in shower) and a walk-in closet.
