This property is a 4 Bedroom home with 1 1/2 baths. There is also a dining room and an area for a small table right off of the kitchen. The washer, dryer and dishwasher, refrigerator are included. Renter is responsible for all utility bills in the home. Renter is responsible for maintaining the landscaping in the spring, summer, fall , and taking care of the snow in the winter months. No Smoking is allowed. A security deposit will be held. This property has not been through the section 8 housing process, we are not able to accept section 8 at this time.
