The house is 4 miles from downtown Sylva (galleries, restaurants, a brew pub), off highway 23/74 but tucked away; 9 miles from WCU campus, a 3 minute drive to the Blue Ridge Parkway entrance, 12 miles to Waynesville, 21 miles to Harrah's Casino and the Cherokee Indian reservation, and a 50 minute drive from Asheville. It is 40 miles from the Nantahala Gorge and river, and 27 miles to Maggie Valley. There is rafting, hiking, horseback riding, lakes, rivers, shopping, music all around. Other interesting areas nearby include: waterfalls from Franklin to Highlands, Deep Creek hiking trails/ fishing and the Smoky Mountain Railroad in Bryson City. The home has strong WiFi for streaming and 2 smart TV's to use your apps on. Central heat and air. FYI this home no longer accepts pets. I WILL CONSIDER PETS. I MUST MEET THEM AND UNDERSTAND HOW THEY ARE. Owner pays water and yard maintenance. Renter pays all utilities which includes: electric, heating oil, WiFi, satellite. Pets are negotiable. It comes fully furnished. Owner will work with tenant on sitting up the deposit over the first 6 months. First and last due at signing. Renter is responsible for maintaining a clean home and hot tub maintenance. NO SMOKING, neighborhood noise ordinance enforced. Only specified humans agreed to on the lease may stay overnight, unless first negotiated with owner.
