This older house is available for rent as of December 1st with a possibility of move in after November 19th. The house was just painted this past July and the appliances a within 3 yrs old which the refrigerator is new. It has central air conditioning and the unit downstairs is 10 yrs old and the second floor unit is two years old. There is a two car garage and a bonus room upstairs. The house is on a corner lot with a fenced in backyard. It's located outside of downtown Mooresville in a quiet neighborhood. It is a nice area for a small family and allows for a dog. The tenants will be responsible for maintaining the yard and utilities. The requirements for rental will be a applicant and to move in will require 1st and last month's rent, and security deposit. A non refundable $250.00 pet fee plus a $25.00 per month pet rent. Tenant pays utilities. No smoking allowed. Pets allowed with approval of landlord. Additional fee per pet.
