Live monitoring security system is covered as part of monthly rent. $1,600 per month + utilities Unfortunately, we are not accepting rental assistance programs or vouchers. Subject to credit and background check as well as employment verification. No smoking. Pet friendly home with a $250 pet deposit that will be returned once the lease is up unless there is damage from the pet. $1,000 deposit and first months rent due before move in date.
