Vynil flooring has been placed on the bottom of the house and a privacy fence is still in the finishing stages. The elementary school and middle school is within minutes of the home. Renter is responsible for all utilities and is responsible for their own due diligence research on utility pricing. Landlord is not liable for any utility prices. Must have good credit to apply, stable work history and no history of late payment and absolutely no eviction history. Please do not apply if you do not meet qualifications. Tenant is also responsible for all landscaping and basic up keep like replacing filters and taking good care of home. No smoking allowed in the home. A pet fee of 200 will be collected for each pet. Only small dogs of less than 20 lbs allowed.
