Beautiful 3-Story log home nestled on the side of Chapel Hill overlooking Cherry Valley in the heart of the New York's southern tier. Tastefully decorated and sparkling clean, with all the amenities and extras that make an ideal spot for R & R. Great vistas, close to Ellicottville and Allegany State Park/National Forest. The cabin is uniquely set-up to offer seclusion and privacy, with a bedroom and bathroom on each of the three levels. On the main level, the cabin is accessed through key pad entry into the kitchen, where there is a cooktop, microwave, oven, refrigerator, Keurig coffeemaker and a 12 cup coffeemaker, etc . The dining area opens to the great room with soaring 20' ceilings. Two sliding glass doors open to the upper deck which is furnished with wrought iron patio furniture. There is a cozy bedroom with a bathroom and shower. Stairs lead up to a loft that overlooks the living room. There is a gorgeous master king bed with a brand new medium/firm memory foam mattress awaiting. An en suite is located upstairs for privacy and convenience. A separate entrance from the lower deck enters into lower level, which is nicely furnished, with a bedroom, full bath, bar and barstools, kitchenette, table and chairs, /washer and dryer, and relaxing area with recliners and TV. There is a large propane Weber grill for you to use, and two fire pits for small, social fires. A 60" TV with Apple USB adapter cord is provided for streaming downloaded programming or apps. The cabin is adjacent to hundreds of acres of woods with numerous trails for great hiking, a stream and open fields. Other great destinations nearby... Our stone driveway is quite steep. During snow or wet months, an all-wheel drive or 4-wheel drive vehicle is required. ALSO - There is no cable or internet/data service on the hill. Cell phone reception can be spotty, depending on the service provider. Verizon seems to have the strongest signal an antenna is attached and helps. ONE LAST THOUGHT - We set our security deposit at $3,000 because of the high quality furniture and furnishings in the home. We can be flexible on this, but require an elevated level of communication to detail your plans for the home. Owner provides water. Home is heated with electric heat pump and supported by pellet stove. Renter responsible for electric, propane, and pellets. Renter responsible for snow removal and lawn maintenance. No smoking or vaping permitted. No pets.
