You will be right at home in this completely furnished 3/4 bedroom home (includes all kitchen needs and towels). You will also have access to a garage for 2 vehicles and other toys. Lots of parking space! The home has 3 living rooms and in addition to a full kitchen there is a small kitchenette. . Tastefully decorated (all vinyl floors) and located close to local grocery and Torch Lake sandbar. Dogs are welcome for an additional monthly fee. Large fenced in back yard with a fire pit and deck complete with outdoor speakers. 20 minutes to Schuss Mountain and Casino, 30 minutes to Traverse City. References required. Maximum occupancy is 5. Renter is responsible for lawn maintenance (lawn mower provided) and snow plowing. Security deposit and first months rent due at signing. Rent is due the last day of each month, auto deposit preferred. Minimum length is 6 months. Landlord requests an Inspection of home by lanlord monthly. Smoking is NOT allowed inside, outside is acceptable. Length of lease is negotiable but the rate changes May through August. Renter responsible for $350 per month which covers gas, electric, trash removal and internet service. Renter will also assume responsibility of mowing and snow removal at their expense. Lawnmower is provided at the house in the garage.
