The Lake House is far enough away from busy roads and set closer to the lake than neighbors, allowing for a true, peaceful getaway to the lake. Pull a chair into the water and relax, catch fish off the property, grill out and unwind on the balcony, watch the beautiful sunset over the water, have a fire next to the lake, or simply sit and enjoy nature away from roads and the busyness of daily life. The newly designed lake home includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living space, dining area, full kitchen, central A/C and heat, a work space, lightning fast WiFi, Netflix, Roku, propane grill, smokeless firepit, bocce ball, board games, fishing and so much more. Sleeping Arrangements: Bedroom #1: Double Queen bed. Bedroom #2: Queen bed. Spare full mattress can be used on the floor of the living room as needed. Recommended max sleeping spaces: 4-6. Attractions: We have a long list of local attractions sure to please everyone in your party. Attractions include: winery, creameries with baby goats, beaches, golf, go-karts, mini-golf, meat market, fishing, national parks, hiking, bike trails, restaurants, bowling, raceway, EAA museum, Lambeau field, disc golf, movie theater, indoor golf simulators, farmer's market, shopping, fishing, ski hills, snowmobile trails and more. Fishing: Lake Winnebago is known for great fishing! Fish have been frequently caught right off the back. Walleye sometimes come up to the dock at dusk. Lake Winnebago is known for Panfish, Walleye, Sturgeon, Catfish, Bass, and sometimes Musky & Northern Pike. Two fishing poles and a tackle box are available for you. Local fishing guides are available to book fishing excursions to get out on the lake as well. Dogs: Your dog(s) are welcome! Parking: Free parking available, with plenty of space.
