Fully upgraded with linens, towels and kitchen tools, you can relax, hike, check out the wineries, apple festival or animal sanctuaries nearby. Easy parking in the driveway, just watch out for the deer! This little Chalet is a piece of Blue Ridge heaven in a gated community surrounded by nature, peace and quiet. We pass through electricity and water bill so tenants do not have to pay deposit and we pay for propane. Parking is in the drive ONLY. We are absolutely no pets and no smoking. Guests are fine but no loud parties. We will also consider terms but prefer 6-9 months. Any other expense such as garbage, is the guests responsibility.
