We are located in Beautiful Manasquan NJ; a Beach town built for family and young adults who like the night life. We are 7/10 of a mile from the beach (5 minutes on one of the 6 beach cruisers we provide) we are a 5 minute walk into town where you find amenities including shops, restaurants and the NJ Transit Train Station. We are most importantly 6/10 of a mile from the world famous night spots; Leggets, and Osprey and 1 mile from Parker House. We are dog friendly with a large fenced back yard and weekly poop cleanup services. We take pride in our outdoor space. It offers covered back porch with fans and outdoor tv. Walk down to the outdoor Bar/Kitchen with umbrellas Weber BBQ and of course granite counter tops. Seats 8 comfortably at Bar for hours of after beach chillin'. Just past the bar is a half court basketball area to enjoy and a 38x18 in ground pool with diving board. Past the pool you'll find a pool house with yoga studio, peloton, treadmill, free weights, bar weights, mats, balls,etc to keep you healthy. The pool house also has a loft area with TV for kids to bring there video consoles (we don't provide video games or console) or watch tv or read. Sleeps 8 comfortably- Master - 1 King Size Bed Bedroom 2 - 1 bunk (single over single) and 1 Twin Bedroom 2 - 1 Twin Bedroom 3 - 1 Twin Daybed with 1 Twin trundle bed We provide 4 adult 2 teen beach badges We provide 6 Beach Cruisers We provide 2 umbrellas We provide 6 Beach Chairs All prices includes cleaning, utilities, lawn and pool services 2024 Availability and Pricing: Memorial Day weekend 5 days May 24-May 27 (Thursday to Tuesday): $2200 Weekly: $2600 (June 8-15 and 15-22) and $4400 (June 22-Sept 10) and Monthly: $18000 month July or august Season: $45,000 Memorial Day to Labor Day (utiliies included) 15% security deposit plus pet deposit (if applicable) is required. All persons residing must be listed on lease.
