We are looking for a short term renter for our Airbnb 6months max This home is located in a great neighborhood with an amazing veiw of the sunrise! It is right across from a marina so you can watch sail boat coming in while relaxing on your enclosed front porch. A huge back yard with a fire pit and plenty of room to throw a ball or have a BBQ. It is walking distance or short drive to Peir Marquette, ice cream shop or or other dinning/bar options. This house is fully furnished, no need to even bring a towel just your personal belongings. This also includes ALL utilities! Yup I said all ...WIFI, garbage, water, consumers and Dte! All we ask is that you pay a security deposit of $800 and 1st months rent. It is your responsibility to keep the driveway shoveled and communicate with us if there are any maintenance issues
