The apartment offers an eat in kitchen, and large walk in closet in master bedroom. Included is a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and washer/dryer hookups. Lawn care is included. Unit has back porch with a locked storage area. Carteret Craven Electric, Water, sewer and trash is City of Havelock. Pets may be approved and are required to be at least 1 year old, not exceed 25 lbs and be on our approved Breed list. There is a non-refundable pet charge of $300.00 per pet. Current vaccination records are mandatory. All pets must be pre-approved and pet charge paid prior to move in. All Residents are required to maintain and provide the following minimum required insurance coverage for the term and duration of the lease agreement: $100,000 Limit of Liability for Tenant's legal liability for damage to the landlord's property for no less then the following causes of loss: fire, smoke, explosion, water damage, backup or overflow of sewer, drain or sump, falling objects, riot or civil commotion.
