The private dock provides an additional area of tranquility. Begin your life of leisure here! You'll enter the front door on the main floor. Through the kitchen, you'll find a large family room with comfortable seating, a smart TV, and dining area. To your right is a queen bedroom, an office with desk and futon, and a full bathroom. On the other side of the family room is the primary bedroom, which has a large walk-in closet, a king size bed, and an en suite bathroom with shower, jet tub, toilet, and large countertop with sink. We have two upper deck areas for your use with access from the family room. One side is outdoor dining, and the other side is a sun deck with loungers and a tower heater for the cooler months. Downstairs, you'll find another bedroom, full bath and laundry room, as well as a bonus room with ping pong table and gaming area. Additionally, there is a two car garage. We use one side for storage, but the second bay is available for your use. We keep our gas grill in the garage, but we'd love for you to wheel it outside to use during your lease. On the lower level of the house, we have another two deck areas one dining area and one seating area complete with hammock swings for your enjoyment. From the lower level driveway, you'll find the private trail to the lake. It's a bit of a hike down the 164 railway tie steps to reach the lake, where you'll find your own private dock, perfect for fishing, swimming, and boating. If you're bringing your own boat, we can give you details about what boat slip to use and directions for finding our dock on the lake. A $500.00 fee includes Utilities, cable, internet and cleaning fees. Please no pets are allowed. No smoking in the house. There are wild life in the area, so trash will be kept in garage and taken up to the main road each Thursday for trash pickup. No hunting on property.
