This home is a furnished Rental. It is a cute New Mexico style adobe house with 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. Coffee shops and restaurants are near by, but the place still offers a piece of quiet and a sense of privacy. Property manager is easy to contact but does not live on site. It is available starting December 17th. Three great things about this property! 1) It is in the heart of Albuquerque close to downtown, the major Hospitals and UNM 2) The house was completely renovated recently and has its own washer and dryer, wifi and driveway parking 3) It is dog friendly with a fenced area, and close by a few nice hiking places including the Sandia Mountains Contact us to learn more. We would love to have you stay with us! Hello dear future renters, Our property is a smoke free rental. It has a washer and dryer, High Speed Internet, TV, AC/heat. Utilities are included! There is a background/credit check that can be done through Zillow. We also need a photo of your drivers license and a referral from your previous rental. The deposit is $1000 for people and $500 for animals. A $200 cleaning fee is due from the deposit at the end of your stay, and the rest is then returned to you as soon as the cleaning is complete, within a couple days of your departure. Key code is given on move in day. We go far out of our way to make sure our renters feel looked after and taken care of! We have an amazing team of helpers and will solve any issues that come up quickly, efficiently and with grace. Rent is due on the day when the lease is signed and after that on the beginning of every month. We prefer at least 30 days notice to change a move out day, as this is a month to month lease. In case you have to give less than 30 days notice, we will do everything in our power to bring in a new tenant and reimburse you for as many days possible. Thank you so much.
