Upstairs there are 3 large bedrooms: King bedroom with two large closets and private bath, Queen bedroom, and futon bedroom. Hall bath and laundry room finish off the upstairs area. Outside is a fully fenced backyard with pool, hot tub. Pool is closed for winter, but you can enjoy the hot tub year-round. Sorry, no pets. Owner pays, water, internet, and BGE bill for gas and electric up to $100 per month. Tenant pays propane for gas fireplace. Owner services Hot Tub monthy at tenant request.
