Other amenities include washer and dryer hookups, a new fridge and stove, a large yard, and off-street parking. Renter is responsible for all utilities. No smoking is allowed. No more than two cars can be kept in the driveway, and no vehicles can be kept in the yard. Lease will be for 12 months. Renter is responsible for maintaining lawn (we can negotiate lawncare service pricing if needed). For pets, we require a $300 non-refundable pet fee at signing. NO subletting.
