No smoking allowed in home. Pets must be pre approved by landlord. Tenant will be responsible for normal maintenance, such as changing HVAC filters , keeping property free of trash and debris. No non running vehicles in the driveway. Please no parking in the grass. Tenants responsibility to inform landlord of issues with home such as electrical, plumbing, etc.
