This is a 3 bed 2 bath home about 1100 sf on main level. Master bath only has shower/ Has full open basement accessible from outside only. Has 26'x32' detached garage with an unfinished room above. The basement, garage and storage above garage are not livable spaces. This home has way more unfinished space than finished. Stove, and dishwasher included. Washer and dryer hookups on main level. Has nice back porch with mostly privacy fenced back yard. Hardwood in main living area, kitchen, and hall. LVP in bath and carpet in the bedrooms. Animals are considered sorry no aggressive breeds or aggressive animals (sorry I am at the mercy of the insurance industry) There is a $25 per month per animal fee. I do not charge an upfront application fee. The application is used to determine deposit and then if we wish to move forward there is a background/credit check fee for each adult.
