The location is a quiet area in downtown La Center and is approximately 5 min. from the freeway. Storage includes a garage, separate from the house, at the front of the property and a small enclosed shed attached to the back of the house. There is parking space for about 4 cars, including the garage. There is also a space for trailer/boat parking at the back of the property. Appliances include a stack washer and dryer, refrigerator, microwave, oven and glass stovetop, and dishwasher. Home is pet friendly but a pet interview and deposit is required. Renter is responsible for all utilities except sewer. (Garbage, electricity, water, Etc.) Dogs and cats are allowed but must be interviewed and will require $300 deposit per animal. Parking is only permitted in designated areas and renters are only permitted to store 4 cars on property. Smoking is not allowed indoors. Maintenance and yard care will depend on Tenant and will be discussed during interview. Lease is 1 year. $2600 a month rent. $3000 security deposit will be collected with first months rent.
