This adorable cottage is 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. There are two queen bedrooms and one king bedroom. The house also has a huge sunporch, a back deck as well as a firepit area. The street is exceptionally quiet and is a quick drive to town. The house comes fully furnished and also includes utilities and internet. All utilities, including electricity and water, and internet are included. There is a cap on the electricity based on reasonable usage from the previous year. The cap by month will be provided before the lease is signed. The house is offer as a mid-term rental. You may rent it for one month, or several months.
